The Hampton Democratic Committee (HDC) will hold an unassembled caucus on Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the Hampton Public Library, 4207 Victoria Blvd, Hampton, VA 23669, for the purpose of electing delegates and alternates to the VA-3rd Congressional District Convention and the Virginia Democratic State Convention.
