LIST OF OTHER WAYS TO TAKE ACTION
Become an Officers of Election

Officers of Election are citizens that are employees of the Registrar’s office and are paid for their time on Election Day. They are responsible for welcoming voters, checking them in and verifying their eligibility, issuing a ballot, and guiding the voter to place the ballot in the machine.

Become a Poll Observer

Poll Observers monitor the opening of polls, the voting process, and the closing of polls to ensure that every eligible Virginian is able to cast their ballot and have it counted. Poll Observers are voters’ first line of defense and the Voter Protection Team’s eyes and ears inside polling locations.

Become a Poll Greeter

Poll Greeters are stationed outside each precinct and greet the voters, passing out sample ballots with endorsed candidates indicated, and answer initial questions that voters may have

Join a Caucus

Joining a Caucus is a great way to stay informed about issues and connect with other Democrats across the Commonwealth with common interests and goals.  Caucuses are set to expand party membership and diversity while maintaining the principle that we win elections when we move forward together as one Democratic Party.
