Constitutional Amendment #2

Question: Should Virginia’s Constitution make it clear that two adults can legally marry regardless of their sex, gender, or race, remove the old ban on same-sex marriage, and require the law to treat all legal marriages equally?

Constitutional Amendment #3

Question: Should Virginia’s Constitution recognize voting as a fundamental right, allow people convicted of a felony to automatically regain their right to vote once they are released from incarceration, and change the language about people who cannot vote because they are considered unable to understand what voting means?

"The experience of democracy is like the experience of life itself—always changing, infinite in its variety, sometimes turbulent and all the more valuable for having been tested by adversity."  -- President Jimmy Carter
